READ BEFORE BOOKING Booking & Service Policy To secure your appointment, a non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of booking. This fee will be applied toward the total cost of your service. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. Group Bookings (Bridal, Quinceañera, etc.): Clients requesting group services must contact me prior to booking. Group appointments must be reserved collectively, with all retainer fees submitted together in order to secure the desired date and time. Travel Policy for Group Services: Travel is available exclusively for group bookings of five (5) or more individuals. An additional travel fee will apply. Travel availability is subject to location and must be confirmed in advance. Please Note: • Appointments are not confirmed without a retainer fee. • Travel fees are additional and will be added to the total service cost. • A strict 10-minute grace period is enforced. Cancellation Policy

Please Note: • Appointments are not confirmed until a non-refundable deposit/retainer fee is received. • Travel fees are not included and will be added to the final service total. • There is a strict 10-minute grace period. Arriving after this window will result in a cancellation with no exceptions to avoid delays for other clients. • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 30% cancellation fee. • No-call/no-show clients will be charged the full service amount and will be banned from booking future appointments.
